Appointed as Insolvency Practitioner and Assets Liquidator from Italian Courts, also advise companies, investors and creditors in turnaround, distressed and bankruptcy situations with a large experience in the insolvency procedures (“procedure concorsuali”) for rehabilitation or liquidation of a company under Italian law.
Furthermore, assist its clients for distressed companies mergers and acquisitions services.
In Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) is an authorized Liquidators and Insolvency Practitioner (included in the Register by the Registrar of Companies) for conducting liquidations of regulated and non-regulated entities registered in DIFC.

INTERNATIONALIZATION & FDI
From 2003 i offer solutions for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises in order to facilitate in United Arab Emirates and GCC Markets the international trade, market-entry strategy, and internationalization processes.
From 2015 have join, as Strategic Partner, Dubai Investment Development Agency – Dubai FDI, the investment development agency of the Department of Economic Development (DED) of Government of Dubai.
